Inuyama Naritasan is situated on a steep hill providing picturesque views of the Kiso River, Inuyama Castle, and on clear days, the skyscrapers of Nagoya City.
Enjoy dinner on the boat while gazing at the Inuyama Castle light-up. Dinner includes ayu, a kind of local fish caught by cormorants and grilled with salt.
From the houseboat next to the cormorant boat, we could hear the crackling of the torches, feel the heat, and enjoy the 1,300-year-old tradition of cormorant fishing.
