If you are unable to ride the Shinhotaka Ropeway due to natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy snow, or heavy rain, or other reasons, please obtain a certificate from the Shinhotaka Ropeway window and receive a partial refund of the Shinhotaka Ropeway fee at the Takayama Bus Terminal.
