[Premium Tour] "Seto" Patterning Experience
Special Tour of the Kiln and Workshop

At a Seto workshop with over 1,000 years of history, experience making patterned pottery and create your own unique piece of pottery under the guidance of an artisan.

Seto is one of Japan's Six Ancient Kilns and boasts a history of over 1,000 years. This special Seto Ware Workshop Tour and Pottery-Making Experience will be conducted by the 31st head of an artisan that has served as the Official Kiln for the Owari Tokugawa Family for generations.
This is an experience where you can freely apply patterns to plates in the workshop. "Ofuke Ware" is characterized by elegant colors and patterns, which is created by adding decorations such as engraved lines, stamps, and pasted designs to a ash-like glaze. You will be guided by an artisan, so just relax and enjoy the experience in a peaceful atmosphere. The finished piece will be shipped to your home at a later date, and you can enjoy your own special "Ofuke Ware".
