In this case, a participant / student having an accompanying person is required to pay the optional fee as follows. Payment
You can select the payment either by credit card or bank transfer.
If by credit card, your credit card will be charged prior to your arrival.
If by bank transfer, you are required to pay by a specified day.
Cancellation Charge
If you cancel the accommodation for personal reasons, the following cancellation rates will apply. This cancellation policy will only apply to your accommodation. In the case of cancellation, please contact "Meitetsu World Travel Inc, Nagoya Chuo Sales Office" indicated below.
