✱ Please have the voucher printed out and redeemed before departure.

• Please be at the Takayama Bus Terminal at least 15 min. before departure.
  The bus will depart on schedule. The arrival times may be greatly delayed depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations. Even if there is delay, there will be no compensations under any circumstances.
  * The counter will be open from 7:00. Exchange the voucher at the earliest possible to avoid being jammed up at the last minute and miss the bus.
• Please have the voucher printed out and have it redeemed at the Takayama Bus Center ticket counter.
  * The confirmation page on the screen of the mobile device will be invalid.
• The scenery from the observation deck may not be visible in case of inclement weather including snowstorms and fogs. Please note that there will be no refunds under any conditions.
• All participants must walk to and from the observation deck for about 20 min. one way. The street is downhill and covered with snow, so it may be quite slippery and dangerous. Please make sure to wear footwear appropriate for snow to avoid slipping.
• The numbers of people at the observation deck will be restricted for your safety.
• The illumination is scheduled for 17:30 - 19:30.
• Participants having difficulty on walking are advised to contact Shirakawa-go Tourist Association to make a reservation for shuttle bus. (+81-5769-6-1013) [9:00-17:00 JST].
