   Business hours: the first train of the day – the last train of the day

Q2Can we make seat reservations? We would like to know how to reserve the seats.

A2We don’t accept seat reservations. Please make your reservations by yourself at an operating bus company’s ticket counter.

Q3Can we make all seat reservations at MEITETSU BUS CENTER?

A3You are not able to reserve all your bus seats at MEITETSU BUS CENTER. Each operating bus company has a different window to accept seat reservations Please make your seat reservations at the operating bus company’s window.

Q4Please notify the validation for "SHORYUDO Bus Pass".

A4Takayama Shirakawago Kanazawa Course- 3-Day Pass validates 4 days from the selected date at the time of purchase.
Wide Course-5-Day Pass validates 7 days from the selected date at the time of purchase.

You may ride the bus within 3 days (Takayama Shirakawago Kanazawa Course), or 5 days (Wide Course) of the validation dates. (The days does not need to be consecutive.)
You may use the Airport Access Ticket within the validation dates.

Q5Is infant fee same as that of adult?

A5It is for free, if the infant or child won’t take a seat. We don’t have child and infant fee rate.

Q6If I did not use the tickts, is it possible to refund that passenger ticket？

A6Cancellations can be made before the start of use and up to the day of use, but a refund fee 520 yen per ticket will be charged. Please note that once you have started using the service, you cannot cancel it under any circumstances.

Q7 Is it possible to stop over from Airport Station to designated station for SHORYUDO Bus Pass?

A7No stopover on this ticket.

Q8Can Japanese use SHORYUDO Bus Pass?

A8Please note that customers with a Japanese passport can not use this ticket.
